Celebrating the historic specialist grain building in which it is located, the space offers refined dining amongst lush flora with seasonal menus showcasing a vibrant selection of the best local Australian ingredients with sustainably sourced seafood and meat. This devotion also extends to our cocktails and wine list, which highlights distilleries and wineries from Oceania and Europe.

 

Experience fresh produce grown and harvested from our greenhouse, driven by each season and guided by Head Chef Leo Howard as he approaches each dish as a constant, evolving, culinary journey combined with techniques and expertise, emphasising our seed to plate ethos.
