Wilgrain has been a passion project from the beginning with a uniqueness typically only seen in vineyards or large scale restaurants. To bring a truly seed to plate inspired menu continually to guests is a testament to the team's genuine, ethical and sustainable philosophy which is so valued at our restaurant; formed, inspired and finally brought to existence by the personal home-grown experiences and vision of it's proprietors.

We are focussed on the belief of sourcing seasonal ingredients and sustainable fish and meat as we traverse the shifting seasons within the Mornington Peninsula. We also regularly work closely and collaborate with local growers, farmers and suppliers apart from what we harvest from our own greenhouse garden, frequently featuring this produce in dishes on our dining menus or specials throughout the week.
