At Wildgrain Mornington, our upcoming Prime Beef & Peninsula Pinots evening is all about celebrating the kind of local produce, premium ingredients and considered wine pairing that this region does so well. Set for Thursday 26 March from 5.30pm, this special event brings together a generous 2-course shared menu designed to showcase beautiful beef dishes, seasonal produce and a line-up of superb Peninsula pinots.

At the centre of the menu is premium beef from O’Connor Beef & Torello Farm, both known for their locality, quality and consistency, and featured across a series of generous shared dishes created for the table. Wildgrain's very own farm space, set amongst Torello Farm in Dromana adds fresh ingredients, colour and a strong sense of place to the evening.

The result is a menu built around collaboration — premium local-style dining with a strong connection to excellent producers and the kind of ingredients that speak for themselves.

Guests can expect a shared dining experience that feels both relaxed and elevated. The evening has been designed to bring people together over generous plates, with a menu that moves from beautifully prepared entrées through to rich, satisfying mains, all matched by the elegance and character of many superb Peninsula pinots.
